Her beneficiary must be certified as hospice eligible for a ninety day period by her doctor. When the 90 day period is up, her beneficiary must be certified for a second ninety day period, after that there will be an unlimited number of sixty day certification periods. So, Like the previous comment stated, you must gather all the paperwork, contact her doctor to have her certified as hospice eligible, meaning terminal and then contact Medicare asap. There should be no need to "kick" her out of the hospice care.
